Brand new Double room in professional house share

Hello!

We are Alexander (landlord) and chloe (partner) - we are looking for a someone to move into our spare room.

We are in the process of moving to Sutton area so the room will only be available for a few months - we are aiming to move between December - February and will keep the ad or tenant updated. We are also happy to take on short term lets. Just message us and let’s see if it’s a good fit!

Collectively we like video gaming, pottery, eating out.
We are not party people and prefer a relaxed and calm environment. We both work from home the majority of the time.
We like communal areas to be kept clean and shoes off when entering the home.


We will be sharing the kitchen and living area together but there’s plenty of opportunity for us / you to have to the space to yourself with consideration.

The house has been rebuilt with brand new shower toilet en-suite bedrooms, new kitchen-diner-living space,
washing machine room

The room has a wall rail, chest of drawers, small double bed, beside tables, with desk and with shower toilet en-suite and mirrors.

The kitchen living area is fully stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and more. We have a living room tv with access to now tv, Netflix, and prime for moving nights. There’s two fridges and freezers, two ovens, dishwasher, one microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There’s a 5 point electric hob and array of cooking books. We have Virgin fibre optic high speed internet throughout the house.

There is no gas in the property - all appliances and energy is electric.

Bills are included.
If you have a car, There is a road 5 mins walk away that has free parking too but it does not guarantee you a space so you re aware.

We are a 15 min walk to east Croydon station and less than 30 seconds to the 410 bus which takes you there and back.

Friends, family partners are welcome to visit.
