Double room + bathroom in East Croydon (bills inc)

I am looking to rent out a double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat. It is on the ground floor with an open plan kitchen / living room and you would be sharing the living space with one other person (myself). You would also have exclusive use of a bathroom as there are two in the property. All bills are included in the listed price.

Location: The flat has excellent transport links - East Croydon station is only a 7 minute walk away and has frequent trains that get to London Bridge in 15 minutes. The flat is only one minute away from Lebanon Road tram stop and bus stop, making it very easy to get around Croydon as well.

Requirements: Looking for a working professional who will be tidy and respectful of the property. Pets can be considered but no smokers. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Timeframe: I am looking for someone to move in anytime after the 11th of May. Ideally looking to rent out for 3-4 months, but open to shorter term. Longer can be considered but not guaranteed.

About me: I work in health with a background as a medic. My current role is hybrid so I work from home about half the week. I'm a very indoorsy person and own quite a lot of board games, so if you're into or at least interested in board games that's a huge plus.

Amenities: There is a dishwasher and washing machine + dryer. There is also a parking space that I'm not currently using which I can offer in case you need one.
