Direct trains to London Bridge (15 mins), Victoria (20 mins), Clapham Junction (10 mins), Farringdon (25 mins), St Pancras international (29mins)

Lidl and other larger supermarkets walkable
Shopping centre walkable
Tram to Ikea / Dunelm etc. if needed

The room:
Spacious and bright with large windows
New ottoman double bed and mattress
Internal to development so nice and quiet

Move date - reasonably flexible

Anything else:
Though the bedroom doesn’t have an en suite, this is a two bed two bath and so I will mostly be using my en suite for showering etc. and so whilst the main bathroom is for general use, in reality you’ll mostly have access to it.
Referencing will be undertaken

About me:
33 years old
Professional work a hybrid role so at home for some of the week.
Live with Zeus, my 18 month old Pomeranian - he’s incredibly friendly, doesn’t moult and is a little ball of fun.

Please don’t enquire if you don’t like dogs as this really is Zeus home and I’m just living in it :)

This isn’t a party flat but happy to host pre drinks, dinners, casual drinks after work or weekend. Nothing too wild.
