A spacious double room is available in a welcoming home shared with one friendly female professional and two cats. You’ll need to be comfortable living with cats as they’re very much part of the household!

The house is in a great location for commuters, just a short walk from Lebanon Road Tram Stop and East Croydon Station, with excellent transport links into Central London and beyond.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian house, with a back yard and BBQ and a second reception room, currently set up as a work out / utilities room (rowing machine, stepper, and lite hand weights, iron/iron board, clothes drying area).

You would be sharing the space with just me, I'd love someone to move in and make it their home. I'm sociable and relaxed, would welcome your visitors if you wanted people over in the weekend etc , and there’s a guest room available for occasional overnight stays.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate professional who is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay. I enjoy being social, whether that’s chatting over a glass of wine or sharing the occasional meal, but I also value my own space and downtime, so it’s a relaxed household with a good balance.
