Room 1

2 x bright spacious double rooms in Croydon house-share. Available from 1 June to 12 July, but potentially for longer if it works out.

You’ll be sharing with one City-working professional (who has a lot of international travel planned(!), so will mostly be away). Lawyer, writer, swimmer, lover of art (Tate, RA and V&A member), and parks and London rooftops in the summer!

Location
- 30 second walk to local bus stops / Londis corner shop
- Walking distance (11 mins) to Norwood Junction station (or 7 mins bus ride)
- 12 mins bus ride to East Croydon station (or 20 mins walk)
- Both stations have quick trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Gatwick Airport etc
- Easy walk to Aldi, Tesco Express, and parks

Room 1
It’s a lovely big room with large triple-aspect double-glazed bay windows overlooking the street and bringing in loads of natural light.

There’s a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress and under-bed storage, a bedside table, a large glass-fronted double wardrobe with built-in drawer space, a dressing table, and a desk and chair which is great if you’re WFH or just like a bit of extra space to unwind.

Room 2
It’s a lovely big room with large double-glazed windows overlooking the garden and bringing in loads of natural light.

There’s a comfortable single bed with a quality mattress and under-bed storage, leaving extra space in the room for additional storage if needed. It also has a large double-fronted wardrobe with built-in drawer space, a Wi-Fi enabled wall-mounted LED flatscreen with full motion capability and Amazon Fire TV Stick, and a desk and chair which is great if you’re WFH or just like a bit of extra space to unwind.

The room has a blackout blind to make it easy to get a great night's sleep.

The House
The house has a good-sized bathroom on the first floor next to the rooms, a comfortable open-plan lounge/diner, a fully equipped galley kitchen with a 4-hob gas cooker/grill/oven, combi-microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, one fridge-freezer, together with a separate downstairs toilet and a lean-to conservatory.

There’s a quiet private garden with a patio and outdoor seating, ideal for a bit of sunshine or a relaxed evening outside, and off-street parking (on front drive) available for up to two cars.

All Bills Included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, off-street parking and super fast broadband).
