Lovely spacious double room with great commute.

Spacious double room in a lovely large house, a short walk from East Croydon Station, available for rent.

This is a house share with me, (the Landlord) and one other. I stay here 3-4 nights a week for work in London and am away the rest of the week.

The house has a big kitchen, dining area and living room. Also a lovely big garden and space for parking a bike. We keep the house clean and tidy.

Nearby is a Tescos, a barista-coffee-shop, a gym and two great pubs.

The road is a quiet road with East Croydon Station a short walk away. We’ve got great neighbours and it’s a nice safe street.

I’m out most of the time and occasionally work from home for a few hours here and there.

A couple would be welcome and I can look at renting the 2 rooms together at a lower price to make this work.
