Loft room

A cosy small double loft room that we've just recently decorated. The house is a 10min walk from East croydon station so there is easy access into central london. There are also some great cafes, pubs and shops within a 15-20min walk.

The room comes fully furnished with a small double bed, brand new mattress and bedding, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet, a fold out desk and chair, as well as a storage full length mirror.

The house is tidy and well-maintained throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and plenty of storage, and there is a comfortable shared lounge, a dining room and a door out to the garden from the kitchen. The bathroom has a powerful shower and bath.

You will be sharing with me (Oliver he/him), my partner (Mykie they/them) and our dog Jasper. We're both working professionals and we both do hybrid work. We work a few days at home and a few in the office. We like to play video games/board games, do pub quizzes, go out to eat, read, craft, watch youtube and movies. Jasper is very friendly and loves a cuddle or playing fetch. We're looking for a roommate of a similar age with similar interests who we can vibe with. LGBT+ and neurodivergent roommates welcome.

All bills are included and we'll add you onto our Gousto so some meals will be included too. Theres on-street parking available with resident permits if needed.

East Croydon Station is around a 10-minute walk away, with fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Gatwick. West Croydon is also close by for Overground and Southern services.
