Two Double Rooms in 3-Bed East Croydon flat

We are looking for two new flatmates to take our places in a 3-bed flat from mid August.

💰 The details
• Room 1 (smaller but still good-sized double room): £500 pcm
• Room 2 (larger double room): £550 pcm
• Bills: approximately £130 per month in warmer months and around £190 per month in winter (gas, electricity, water, broadband and Council Tax Band D)
• Deposit: £600 for each(original deposit held in a deposit protection scheme)
• Available from: 16 August - please not that tour move date is set, so only write if you are happy to start your tenancy here mid August
• Rolling tenancy (following the signing of a new lease)
• Referencing check will be required (income check, ID, reference)

The two available bedrooms share a bathroom, while the 3rd room (occupied) is en-suite. We are ideally looking for either two singles or a couple who can use the smaller room as a larger office/ or chill room.

Both rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and drawers and both rooms get a lot of sun 🌞

The flat has a spacious shared living room that’s fully furnished with a smart tv & fully equipped separate kitchen with a dishwasher.

📍 Location
The flat is a 15-minute walk to East Croydon Station, or just a 5-minute tram or bus. From there, it’s only 15 minutes to London Bridge and 17 minutes to Victoria, making commuting into Central London really easy.

There are local shops and cafés nearby, as well as some nice parks & green spaces with bodies of water only a tram or bus away.

👋 About current tenant

This isn’t a party flat, we prefer to go out and then have a nice chill home to come back to. Friends and partners are welcome, my partner is often round 1-2 nights a week. We also have a weekly cleaning rota, which helps keep things fair/ balanced. No smoking indoors. The flat is still a work in progress so keen to make it cuter and level it up - she hasn’t reached her full potential yet!

We are looking for people who are friendly, considerate, tidy and want somewhere longer- term (1 year+). If you’re looking for more than just a room, and the idea of building a fun, community-oriented home resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
