I’m looking to rent out this double room with a private bathroom for the month of august into first week of September.

The flat is brand new and you’ll be the first person to live in the room. Comes fully furnished and includes:

• Approximately 30 minutes to London Bridge

Bills are not included, as this is a new property and the exact monthly cost is not yet known. I would recommend budgeting approximately £200 for bills, with the actual amount confirmed once received.

Available from the beginning until the end of August into September. This would be ideal for someone needing comfortable short-term accommodation while relocating, working in London or between tenancies.
