This is one of two double rooms currently available in the house. Both rooms have been recently refurbished, with slightly different layouts and sizes. If this room isn't quite what you're looking for, feel free to ask about the other room.

The house has been renovated throughout to a high standard and is around an 18-minute walk to East Croydon station, or just a 6–8 minute bus journey, with the bus stop conveniently located right outside the house. There are excellent transport links into Central London, Gatwick and beyond.

The rent includes all bills and superfast Wi-Fi.
