Modern Apartment Gym Concierge

Hi we’re Imogen and Emma and we’re the current flatmates. We are both professionals working in Croydon/London. Our flatmate is moving out and we’re looking for a kind, calm and CLEAN girl to move in with us. We work a lot but also are sociable and would love to live with someone we can get on well with 😊 We love living here and we’re looking to make it even more homely and vibey over the next few months.

The bedroom is a double room with a large window and storage. You will share the bathroom with just one flatmate. We also have a shared living area with a TV.

The apartment is situated right next to East Croydon station so it’s perfect for commuters. Boxpark is also just down the road. It’s a safe part of Croydon with lots of professionals living in the row of apartments. The building also has a concierge and a gym!

The rent is roughly £800 a month (we can find out the exact number soon) plus bills are usually around £160.
