Room for rent from December

I am moving out of the property early and I’m looking for someone to fill my space. My housemate is a kind, funny person and is easy to get along with. She is most comfortable with cosy nights spent indoors however, equally enjoys the occasional pub night out. The flat is a two bed property however the room available for rent and the shared spaces are spacious and bright. It is a second floor flat and doesn’t have an elevator so wouldn’t be disability friendly if you struggle to get up stairs. We share a drive way with the flat downstairs but there is almost always space to park.

The room comes unfurnished however, I am happy to sell the wardrobe and bed to whoever moves in for £150 for both if needed.
