**Flatmate**
I am 33yo female, civil engineer working for a consultancy. Clean, quiet and respectful. I work from the coworking space of the building and going to office once per week. In the evenings I go gym or out with friends, so I am not at home much. Same for weekends.
I enjoy personal space and time but I am up for sharing a dinner or watching a movie once in a while, if we vibe.
No preference for female/ male flatmate, but looking for somebody clean and tidy.
