One double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom flat located in East Horsley, above a shop directly on the high street. It would be myself living there alongside another flatmate who is interested, assuming we can find a third flatmate.

The bedrooms are all very spacious. Living room is fully furnished by myself, and the kitchen is furnished with appliances and cookware. That includes a washing machine that came with the flat, and also my own washer/dryer too. The bedrooms are unfurnished so a tenant would need to provide their own bed, furniture etc.

The flat is split between two floors with a bathroom on each floor.

There’s technically only one parking space but it’s a wide enough space to easily fit two cars on.

Rent in total is £1550 a month, so the split would ~£515 each.

Council tax band is E, which works out as £373 a month (~£124 each). Energy bills and internet would be split equally between tenants too.

Security deposit would be £600.

The flat is less than a 5 minute walk to the train station which has very good links - 45 mins to Waterloo, 15 mins to Guildford.

Lots of local amenities on the doorstep - Sainsburys, convenience stores, bakery, butchers, library, pharmacy, barbers, takeaways etc. Close to Guildford, Leatherhead and Cobham.
