Lovely cottage, great location

A lovely and clean house ideally located between RHUL, Egham train station and town centre. RHUL students preferred.

Hands on and friendly local landlady, a member of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA). Tenancy is managed according to conduct codes of the NRLA, with tenancy agreement and inventory report adopting NRLA standard templates.

A top floor en-suite double room is available from 1 July 2024. This is the best room in the house. It is at £850 per calendar month.

The house has four bedrooms. Two rooms on the first floor is occupied by two very nice students staying. The ground floor double room is taken by another English student. I am looking for one more male student to take up the en-suite double room on the top floor.

Twice cleaning service of the common area per month is included in rent. The landlady will attend the garden every 3 weeks in the growing season.
