The property is a 5 minutes walk from Egham town centre, 10 minutes walk to Egham train station (40 minutes approx to Waterloo or Reading). Easy access to M25 and Heathrow as well as a 20 minute drive to Hatton Cross underground station. Windsor Great Park and Runnymede are both close by too if you want to enjoy a peaceful walk in the evening.

We are a married couple who have a very friendly Labrador who will delighted to have another friend in the house. We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate who doesn't work from home as a desk set up is not practical. Andrew works at a Cricket Ground (so will be around more in the winter and less in the summer) and Izzy is starting a new job in February. We are both easy going and would be happy if you wanted to socialise or if you would prefer to keep yourself to yourself.
