The property is 5 minutes walk from Egham town centre, 10 minutes walk to Egham train station (40 minutes approx to Waterloo or Reading). Easy access to M25 and Heathrow as well as a 20 minute drive to Hatton Cross underground station. Windsor Great Park and Runnymede are both close by too if you want to enjoy a peaceful walk in the evening.

We are a married couple who both work and have a very friendly Labrador who will delighted to have another friend in the house. We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate who doesn't work from home as a desk set up is not practical. Andrew works at a Cricket Ground (so will be around more in the winter and less in the summer) and Izzy at Waitrose. We are both easy going and would be happy if you wanted to socialise or if you would prefer to keep yourself to yourself.
