Hi Room Hunter!

We’re four friends who’ve just secured this lovely 5-bed home and are looking for one more easy-going, mindful people to join us. The house is spacious, bright, and has a big garden — the perfect mix of homely and social.

About the House:
✨ 5 bedrooms in total (three upstairs, two downstairs)
✨ Large modern kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace
✨ Cosy living and dining areas plus a sunny conservatory
✨ Huge garden with outdoor seating (summer BBQs incoming!)
✨ Prime location: only 7 minutes’ walk to the station, 5 minutes to Egham High Street, and 10 minutes to Royal Holloway University 🚶‍♀️

The Room Available (downstairs):
Enormous double room with extra sunshine, and so much floor space you could host your own yoga retreat.

**Please note that for single person the price is 650£ pm and for couples it is 850£ ( bills not included )

We love good chats over tea, music, and cooking, but we also respect each other’s downtime. It's all about mindful living and creating a comfortable, calm space to come home to.
