We know that looking for a room as an individual can be difficult. Often rooms are in houses where a friendship group is already formed, which can mean group chats, interviews, delays and uncertainty.
This house offers a different route. You have your own individual contract, without being tied into a joint tenancy with people you may not know well.

Room 3 is available at £695 a month including all bills and internet, some cleaning and provision of household consumables.

The group of individuals we have put together consist of 2 males and 3 females studying a range of subjects from Physics Masters, 3rd year English, 2nd and 3rd year bio-med sciences.

The property is centrally located within the popular Nightingale Shott development, close to Royal Holloway’s back gate.
