The house is in a really convenient location for Royal Holloway students, right by the back gate and around a 10-minute walk to Egham station, with the town centre also nearby.

You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly, clean and respectful students. It’s a nice, relaxed house and we’re looking for someone similar who will fit in well. The house has 2 bathrooms between 3 people as one room is an en-suite, as well as a shared kitchen and living space.

The room is £500pcm excluding bills, which is great value for the location. Bills are roughly £55pcm

We’re ideally looking for another female student, although this isn’t essential. The main thing is finding someone friendly, tidy and easy to live with 😊
