This is a newly refurbished, clean, and bright two-storey semi-detached house with a beautiful garden.
The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven, dining table, and chairs. There is also a comfortable sitting room, two toilets, and one bathroom.

In total, the property has four bedrooms. We are looking for a group of sensible students to rent it from 1st July 2026.
If you are studying at Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL), and you are tidy, responsible, and value cleanliness, treating the house as your own home, you are very welcome to contact me.

The property is just a 12-minute walk from RHUL.
Rent includes: Wi-Fi and water bills.
Additional costs: Gas and electricity to be shared among tenants according to the bills — usually around £20–£30 per person per month.
