There are Two doubles and a single room are available from September 19th in a clean, well-maintained house share.

The Household:
Currently living in the property is one quiet and respectful 21-year-old male RHUL student. Because multiple rooms are available, the house is well-suited for individual applicants or a couple of friends looking to move into a house together for the academic year.

The Location:
10–12 minute walk to the Royal Holloway campus. A bus stop is located 100 meters directly opposite the house, running regular schedules to Egham and Staines.

The House & Room:
Fully furnished bedrooms (Double: £595pcm | Single: £540 pcm) Internet Private rear garden and patio area. Off-street parking available. Please note: Utility bills are not included in the rent.

House Preferences:
This is a peaceful household ideal for a clean and tidy student who values a quiet environment to study and relax. This is a strict non-party house, and social gatherings/events are not hosted here.

No couples or room sharing.

Ideally looking for a tenant with the intention of staying 12 months
