Cosy single room in shared family house in Englefield Green. Cupboard with boiler in , so ideal for drying clothes in the winter and keeps the room toasty warm!! All bills included ie electric, gas, council tax, internet. All cutlery and crockery included all you need is your own food and cleaning stuff and bedding if you prefer but we do have some if you want to use it. Only .15-20 mins walk to Royal Holloway university. Lovely big garden, washing line. Lounge we tend to keep as our own private space as we are live in landlords , but shared use of kitchen, toilet and shower room .If you are after a crazy mad student house this will not be for you as this is a Family home, but if you prefer a quiet house and like your own space and like to study then this would suit you better. Only rule is we dont have boyfriends/girl friends staying over due to a past bad experience. Come and go as you please but just be respectful of others when you come in. Apart from that we are easy going and fun couple. We all chip in with the household chores but make it fair to everyone. Quiet person would be ideal as alot of time will be spent in your room.
