Our comfortable fully furnished (student only) house has four large double bedrooms on a quiet street 12 minutes walk from the university , with a minimart right across the road. Fast broadband and TV license included in monthly rent. Water, gas and electric are separate and are £20-30 a month.

Each of the rooms has a double bed, desk and lots of storage space. All rooms come with locks and keys. Check out the video tour posted on here. If for whatever reason you are not able to play it, just get in touch and I will send it to you privately.

The lounge has two comfy black leather sofas, a dining table and chairs, and sliding patio doors that open on to the sun-facing terrace and peaceful garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of room for storage, there is also a washing macine and clothes tumble dryer. In addition to the bedrooms, upstairs has a bathroom (with both bath and shower) and a separate toilet. The central heating is gas, which keeps bills low, and the thermostatically controlled combi boiler keeps the place warm during the colder months. The council tax band is C, however students households are exempt from paying this.

We (my partner & I) look after the property ourselves, so there are no agents to deal with and no fees/commissions to pay. We clean the rooms to the highest standard before we let people move in and guarantee the place will be perfect for your arrival. You will also have our private mobile numbers in case you need advice or help with anything. The house has up-to-date gas safety and electrical safety certificates. Both freely available upon request - please just ask.
