A beautiful luxury room in a family house two adults one 14 year old south facing with en-suite bathroom modern house with access to public transport main line station to London Waterloo and Victoria.
Bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, computer desk, drawers wardrobe.

Ensuite has a shower, toilet, sink.

You will be sharing with the landlords, a professional, non smoking, friendly couple and their son.

Tenant will also have shared use of the kitchen/diner. .
Within the kitchen the tenant will be allocated their own cupboard, fridge and freezer space and are welcome to use the dining table, breakfast bar, washing machine and tumble drier. It is politely requested that all hot food is consumed in the kitchen/diner and not in the bedroom and all cooking done before 9pm in the evening.

There is also a garden with patio and outside seating which you are welcome to use.
The house is centrally heated and double glazed. High speed broadband is also available.

Street parking outside - no permit required.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful in exchange for staying somewhere comfy and homely on a mon-fri basis. However, if the odd weekend stay is required this is also possible on request and will be charged in addition at £25 per night.
