Unfortunately I am having to move out of my room in this lovely flat due to work and need to find someone to take over when the tenancy renews at the end of June.

The flat is a lovely, bright and spacious first floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom property finished to high spec, with decent sized open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony to sit on which makes it a great social space.

The current tenant is a 31yr old professional female who is very tidy and relaxed and likes to spend time at home at the weekends or going to the gym. The flat is more of a home, so if you're looking for a party house this isn't for you!

Situated in the Noble Park development in Epsom, the location is lovely and quiet so if you work shift patterns like me, you will not have any issues catching up on sleep!

Hassle free parking is available at the property. located only 10 minutes from the M25 and a short 5-10 minute bus ride from within the development or drive into the centre of Epsom.

Local shops like Tesco and a great fish and chip shop are also within close proximity, along with Hobbledown farm and Horton Country Park within walking distance,

I am sad to have to leave so hoping to find someone who loves it as much as i do!

The flat is £600 a month and all the bills (gas, electric, water, Wifi and Sky) come to £144
