Large double room for short term let

AVAILABLE now - for up 3 months. FEMALE PREFERRED. Spacious double room furnished (excluding a tv) in a ground floor 2 bedroom flat in Noble Park, Epsom. The property is surrounded by lots of green space and is lovely for walking/cycling (Horton Country Park and Epsom Common are on the door step). Preferably looking for a tidy and friendly female professional to share with the live in landlady and her small dog (NOTE: MAY NOT SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKS FROM HOME REGULARLY). Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Short term of maximum 3 months) (7 days or Mon-Fri) but I will consider shorter terms (min 1 month). Must be a dog lover who doesn't mind being greeted by a very enthusiastic dog when they return home. Please note the location may be better suited to someone who drives, but there is a local bus with regular services to Epsom Town Centre (stops outside Epsom Train Station)
