This is for a self contained annexe with its own lounge and shower room.
You have your own front door which leads into your lounge area and off this is your bedroom..
A small hall way out of the bedroom leads to shower room and into shared kitchen. Although the hallway doubles as your own kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, hot plate and kettle.
So in a way you don’t need to come into main kitchen if you don’t want to.
I am a Dad on my own who looks after my teenager Boys most of the time.
I can be quite social able and have been with people who have shared my house or am happy for me not to see you that often.
Obviously would prefer someone from the local area for long stay.
