Hi, I have a lovely furnished double garden room, with en suite, available in Epsom (KT18). There is a separate kitchen/eating/utility area. There is also a good-sized south facing garden. The house is well located, being a circa 10-15 minute walk to Epsom Hospital, and a short drive to either Epsom or Ashtead. Professional people only please. I'm looking for people who are quiet, considerate, clean and tidy. No couples or pets. I also ask that there are no visitors to the property - this is to protect my security and enjoyment of my home.
