I am a professional working in IT in the City, I'm in my late 30s and I enjoy the peace and tranquility this place provides after long days at/with work.
I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and treats the place with care and respect as it's his/her own home.

There are two spare bedrooms available (the other one being already taken), so with myself and my partner included there will be max 4 persons enjoying this large and well kept property.

Rent is inclusive of utilities (water, gas, electricity, council tax) and fast broadband.
