Downstairs ensuite double room available. The house is to be shared with a friendly retired Sri Lankan couple who spend most of their time in Sri Lanka and another tenant upstairs. The room is located downstairs separate to other bedrooms so there is privacy. We ask potential lodgers to please be respectful of the calm and peaceful atmosphere in the house as prayer/ meditation may be being carried out.

Monthly cleaning for communal areas is included in the rent.

All bills included, including water, broadband, gas, electricity, tv license and council tax.

Shared kitchen and dining area, lovely garden. Street parking available but permit purchase is required.
