I are looking for a quiet considerate person.
It is a small double room ... The house has 3 levels. The room is furnished with secondary glazing for absolute quiet. There is a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
There is a TV lounge with smart TV. It is very close to shops, restaurants etc. There are two British rail links to London from Epsom. The rent includes all bills except electricity and gas. The rent is payable every calendar month in advance.
A few other important things – share of cleaning the common areas, no working from home, no pets.
There are great parking facilities at the house. It is very close to the centre of Epsom - close to Sainsburys in Kiln Lane.
