Spacious room with ensuite, in central epsom

Room is available in my flat, the room includes a bed and comes with ample storage (built in triple wardrobe). There is enough room to also include a desk or seating depending on how you wanted to decorate.
The flat has lots of shared communal area as well, with a large living/dining room and comes furnished with all your utensils and cooking equipment - making this really a place you can move into without any stress. Also easily located a 5 minute walk into town and the train station.
There is already one other tenant in the property, 30 yo female. She works as a dance teacher and is a genuine pleasure to have as a housemate - tidy, respectful and extremely kind and funny.
The move in date can be flexed for the right person, but I’m moving to Australia so hoping for someone who is looking for a longer term room rental (to make my life easier)! On-site parking space is available on discussion.
