The flat has a large double bedroom available, with a built-in closet and plenty of space. It’s a 10-minute walk to Epsom Station, close to Epsom High Street, and near a gym.

Costs:
Total rent: £1,650 pcm (£825 per person)
Bills + council tax usually bring the total to around £1,100 pcm per person (council tax band B)
Deposit: £1,846 total (your share would be approx. £923)
The current flatmate hasn’t confirmed an exact move-out date yet but expects to leave within the next few months, and we can coordinate timings to suit both of us.
