We are two professional males aged 28 who work full-time. We’re pretty chilled and outgoing. Socialable but responsible and like to keep a clean and tidy house.
We have a housemate moving out and we’re looking for someone to take the room. We are still figuring out with lettings agent what the deposit situation would be. Room will be unfurnished upon tenancy commencement.
House is a 2 min walk to Epsom town centre and train station and is 5 minutes from supermarkets. Also right next to a pub!
