The house is located in a lovely area, backing onto a park and leafy hogs mill nature reserve with the lake and wildlife on your doorstep. Beautiful for walks in summer or winter.
Epsom town centre is few minutes drive. The closest train station is Ewell West, which is in zone 6 and around a 10 minute swift walk to the station. Trains to Wimbledon are regular and Waterloo take 30 minutes.
