Lovely house close to Epsom town centre & Hospital

The house

The offer is for a double room, but only for single occupation. No couples please.

We are situated on the edge of lovely Epsom Common a short 14 minute walk from the train station and the town centre, and 10 minutes to Epsom Hospital.

The rooms has a double bed and built in furniture and outlook onto Epsom Common.

There is a shared lounge kitchen and conservatory. We have a secure place to store a bike. The house backs directly onto Epsom Common and nearby there is an all weather running and cycling track. Outside there is a garden. Fast WIFI is available throughout the house.

You need to be in regular daytime full-time employment. Work and last residence references are required.

The house is in an exceptional location and is strictly non-smoking (inc vapes). Please don't inquire if you say you only smoke outside the house.

We are looking for a house-mate who we hope will enjoy living here as much as we do. It would most suit someone working regular hours and who appreciates a quiet and clean house.
