Double furnished bedroom in newly renovated property, £900/month including bills. (Business Broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax, weekly cleaner, gardener). The room is 3.68m x 3.4m. The street is a cul-de-sac, parallel to the high street.

There is Virgin wireless business broadband at 400Mbps. .

Your housemates are: a nursery school teacher, a programmer and a school teacher.

The room contains a desk, chest of drawers, double bed, two bed side chests of drawers, 2 x ceiling height built in cupboards and an office chair. There are built in shelves above the desk with down lights. The window has black out blinds and curtains.

The house has two showers, three wash basins, and two toilets. A kitchen-diner, with French doors leads onto the separate sitting room (with underfloor heating) and central heating, which has double glass doors leading on to the south facing large garden patio.

The kitchen has a new large fridge (two shelves allocated per person), a kettle, microwave/ oven, a gas hob and electric oven. There are two kitchen cupboards allocated to each person.

The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra kettle and microwave, drinks fridge and a large freezer (everyone has at least one drawer each). The utility room is heated and has drying racks and a heated drying rack, for drying clothes in there.

There is a weekly cleaner included in the price who cleans the shared areas of the house.

On and off-street parking is available with a permit from the Epsom council.

There is a monthly £10 fee for cleaning materials etc. which is paid into the house kitty. This is organised by the housemates.
