It is 5 minutes walk from Epsom Station and 15mins walk from Ewell West Station (zone 6). The property is fully furnished with new carpets, kitchen, shower and bath and 42 inch TV. Each room has a bed and wardrobe. This house provides safe and peaceful living accommodation. The property is kept clean and tidy and therefore those wishing to live in this way only please. There are currently has 2 Female occupants- both sociable and friendly. I have other properties locally providing the same type of accommodation and the average stay of tenants is over 2 years despite the term being 3-6 months contracts so I hope this represent the quality of the accommodation I provide.
