The room is a large furnished single (small double) with an ensuite (wc/sink/shower), fitted wardrobe and patio doors to the garden. The house is 10 years old and in good condition, there is a shared kitchen, lounge/dining area, garden and communal bathroom. There is no smoking in the house and the new tenant will be expected to do his/her share of cleaning the communal areas. Cleanliness is a priority.
The train station/bus stops/local shops are 2 minutes walk away. Trains to Waterloo take 22 minutes. Buses to Surbiton and Esher take 15 minutes. All bills are included and the broadband is fibre optic (BT infinity). There are no parking restrictions.
The existing tenants are all professional people; it is a clean and quiet house.
The room is around total of 11 square metres (which includes the en-suite and fitted wardrobe). Single occupancy is preferred but if you’re a couple then it’s £40- extra pcm.
