I am looking for additional flatmate at my flat - very large Double room in this beautiful, quiet but well connected, easily commutable detached bungalow.

You would be living with a couple in one other double room and another professional in a single room. Very friendly and respectful household, most of us are not home and very quiet . We are quiet and clean flatmates. We have a house cat so , you should be okay with having her in the house please.

It is in a lovely area, very safe, well connected.
- Bus stop right outside the house - 10 mins to Epsom station , 5 mins to Ewell West
- Another bus 35 mins to Kingston
- In and out drive with parking available for you
