The house has a modern kitchen, a washer-dryer, fast Wi-Fi and a garden, with free street parking outside. It's energy-efficient, with an air source heat pump and solar panels, so it stays warm all year. It's a short walk to Stoneleigh station, with direct trains to London Waterloo, and close to Nonsuch Park, Ewell Village and the shops and cafés on Stoneleigh Broadway. I'm Caoimhe, a sociable, friendly tech consultant running my own business, so I sometimes work from home. I love going out with friends but I'm just as happy with a cosy night in.
