New windows were installed in 2021 which aids warmth and reduces noise. Room is on top floor and fully furnished with king size bed, double wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers and a trunk. Suitcase/bags can be stored in the loft or box room depending on size. Sole use of the family bathroom on the floor below which was installed in 2023. Kitchen was installed in 2022 and has AEG appliances built in: fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric fan oven and induction hob. There is also an air fryer and coffee machine with a milk steamer. Seperate dining room with table and chairs and a chest freezer. Heated airer and dehumidifier are onsite to dry clothes more quickly. Washing machine is located under the stairs along with another toilet and basin. Small but secure garden with a new fence and decent sized living room with a 50 inch smart tv and large sofa. You would be sharing with a female professional (teacher) and a lovely golden retriever. All bills will be included and off street parking is available.
