Refurbished double bedroom

I’m looking for a housemate to share a recently refurbished home with me in Godalming! The whole house has been completely redone, so everything is freshly decorated with brand new furniture throughout.

The house is a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath with a cosy lounge, dining room, study, kitchen, and outdoor space. The room available is a large double bedroom with a small walk-in in wardrobe that has just been refurbished and is completely untouched, so you can decorate it how you’d like and make it your own.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

All bills are included: gas, electricity, water, high-speed broadband, plus Netflix and Disney+ ☺️

Location-wise, it’s in a great spot:
- 3 minute walk to Farncombe station (direct trains to London Waterloo in around 40 mins) 🚂
- 5 minute walk into Godalming town centre with a Waitrose, Sainsbury’s & M&S.
- 2 minute walk to a Co-op, local pubs, green space, countryside walks, and the river 🌳

A little bit about me: I’m very easy-going, work Monday–Friday 9–5, and am usually around in the evenings and weekends. I’d love to live with someone friendly, relaxed, and easy to get along with.
