Lovely Double room in town centre for a female

We are very friendly and easy going, respectful of each other's space.

The house is in a quiet clu-de-sac within a walking distance to town centre and just over 10-minute walk to the station. There is a fairly large garden and patio. There is a kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer/cupboard space (no microwave), and a bathroom with a bath/shower over the bath, loo, and a sink. Shared use of kitchen/diner area and bathroom. Bi-weekly house cleaning by the professional cleaner is included in the rent. No parking space available.

The room comes with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a desk and a chair, has a cupboard for more storage, and a dehumidifier to keep the room/upstairs warm. If required bed linen and towels can be provided (no charge).

I work from home full time with my 12 years old daughter who is in her secondary school and 4 years old pup. We keep ourselves busy with my daughter’s activities and volunteer works during the week.

Rent is equivalent of £620 pcm (except BT) including an Amazon Firestick for streaming in your room as the living room is not shared. Payment is with £715 deposit up front in advance when you decide to take a room, and four monthly rent payment in advance is required (Sep, Jan, May).

This would suit a female (mature) student or professional who is a non-smoker, clean and tidy, likes a dog, respectful of peaceful evenings and home environment.
