Lovely Large & Bright Single Room

I have a large, bright single room that has a small desk (if required) and additional furniture providing plenty of storage is a large mirrored wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large bookcase plus a small unit.
* the sofa pictured is no longer in situ.
I have a variety of pieces of furniture that can be mixed as required.
The bathroom is large and fairly new which you will have almost sole use of (I have an en-suite upstairs). The house is spacious enough to not trip over each other plus there’s a beautiful big garden with seating areas and if you’re a nature lover you’ll love that badgers live at the end!
Anyone interested must love (or at least like) and not be allergic to cats!
As a vegetarian I would prefer a veggie to live with however I do not have militant views on being a veggie and do not have an issue with a meat eater, however, I would request that cooking of meat and fish are not cooked in the house. You could of course BBQ whatever you like!
