Great social spaced designed so you can chill, relax and dine with double doors leading to the private rear garden. It has a 3 seater sofa and café style seating for meals or can double up as a workstation area.

The property is situated within short walking distance to local shops including Tesco Express & Waitrose Express It’s a 20 minute walk into the town centre which is nestled between a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes.
 
Travel Links:
There is a Bus Stop within a 30 second walk from the house which takes you to the town centre and University. Farnham Train Station (Direct to London Waterloo) and the M3 motorway are also in convenient access.
