Hello there! My current flatmate is sadly moving in mid-July and I'm looking for a female flatmate to fill the room and hopefully become friends!

I'm a pretty chill person. If you are looking for more of a homey environment than your normal 'just a flat share' feel then we will get along great! Love cooking, learning about new cultures, and reading. I occasionally have friends staying over and I love hosting dinner parties so would need to be ok with that.

The house is a two bedroom property with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house is furnished with my things and I'm happy to share, so you wouldn't need plates, kitchen stuff or anything like that. It comes with a washer/dryer and bath as well which is great. It's simple but it's homey.
The room has lots of storage including a triple wardrobe and large chest of drawers. It also has a TV and desk (but no chair)

It's 3 minutes away from Farnham Station and 10 minutes from Farnham Town. It's a nice quiet area with a communal garden area in the front and back.

Bills are not included and are split equally between us.

Would suit a professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of peaceful evenings and home environment.
