About the home:
The house has a big garden, which is great for relaxing on sunny days or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. Inside, you’ll find a cozy and calm atmosphere – a real home rather than just a room to sleep in.
Parking & Bills:
All bills are included in the rent (so no extra worries about utilities or internet)
Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be sharing the home with me, my 18-year-old son Ryan, and our very friendly dog Hugo. Hugo loves people and brings a lot of joy to the house – he’s a gentle, happy soul!
About me:
I work most of the time, so the house is usually quiet. I’m hoping to welcome two friendly, easy-going girls who will enjoy a relaxed and respectful living environment.

Friendly and responsible
A reference will be required
