The house has a friendly but independent atmosphere — I'm happy to have a chat over a cup of tea, but equally respect that everyone values their own space and privacy.

A little about the area...

I've lived in Upper Hale for 10 years and honestly still love it. Farnham Park is practically on the doorstep, and within a short walk I can also reach Rowhills Nature Reserve and Caesar's Camp — great if you like getting outside. The people here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and being able to walk into town easily is something I'd really miss if I ever moved. For commuters, both Farnham and Aldershot stations are close by, with direct trains into London Waterloo.

I'm a 35-year-old male working in sales. I'm sociable and outgoing but I also really value my own space — so I'm looking for someone easy-going to share the house with comfortably. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, movies, motorcycles, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

This would suit a weekday lodger (Monday–Friday) particularly well, though full-time lets will be considered for the right person.
