Due to work, travel, and family commitments, several members of the household are often away for extended periods. During the summer months in particular, occupancy is frequently lower, creating a quieter living environment.

Also part of the household is Rocco my friendly 24lb mixed-breed dog who enjoys meeting new people and is very much part of the family.

House Standards
This is a clean, considerate, and respectful home rather than a party house.

The bathroom is shared with the homeowner, lodger, and my son when he is staying at the property.

Everyone is expected to:

Clean the bathroom after use.
Clean up after cooking and avoid very strong odour foods, particularly in early or late hours.
Keep shared spaces tidy and ready for the next person
Be considerate of others living in the home

Pets:

Rocco, our friendly 24lb mixed-breed dog, lives in the house
Some pets may be considered, subject to discussion
